Description
Our Bi2Se3 vdW powders are perfectly layered and are synthesized through high pressure growth technique to produce well layered and high crystallinity powders. The powder is highly crystallized at high temperatures and high pressures over extended period of time for crystallinity. Each order contains ~1000mg of highly crystalline powder and grain sizes measure from 100nm to mm in size. The Bi2Se3 powders share much similar characteristics as our original vdW Bi2Se3 crystals.
The product is ideal for the following
- For simple exfoliation
- For liquid exfoliation
- As precursors during CVD or PVD growth
- To use in 2D solution preparation
- Reference for characterization purposes.
