Description
Bi2Te2S is a van der Waals topological insulator with very easy exfoliation characteristics. Spin and angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy as well as density functional theory and studies to that have shown that Bi2Te2S crystals revealed a wide-band-gap three-dimensional topological insulator phase. Our Bi2Te2S crystals have been synthesized through float zone growth technique at 6N purities to accomplish stunning single phase crystals with perfect stoichiometry at 6N purity or higher quality.
