Description
Cr2Si2Te6 is ternary compound exhibiting a quasi-2D Ising ferromagnetic behaviour with Curie temperature of Tc = 32 K in bulk while monolayer response is largely unknown. Our crystals have been synthesized through flux zone growth technique to yield highly crystalline Cr2Si2Te6 crystals with perfect 2:2:6 stoichiometry and high crystallinity. Crystals are highly oriented in the c-axis direction, they are very easy to exfoliate much like graphite, MoS2, and other layered material systems. They measure ~5-6 mm in size and come with guaranteed ferromagnetic response and 99.9999% crystal purity.
