Description
World's first commercially available Ni3TeO6 topological superconductor vdW crystals
Ni3TeO6 has a corundum type material with the polar R3 space group geometry. Previous studies have shown that Ni3TeO6 crystals exhibit collinear antiferromagnetic (AFM) order below Neel temperature of ~53 K which induces a spin-induced ferroelectric ordering.
Ni3TeO6 crystal growth require rather careful synthesis conditions and our novelty relies on our ability to synthesize Ni3TeO6 without any defects or secondary NiOx, TeOx, and NiTe phases to truly access their quantum properties. It is perfectly crystallized for you to probe the quantum effects without any ambiguity. Because of the difficulty of the crystal growth each crystal only measure few mm in size and the requires very labor intensive process (increasing the product cost)
