Description
PtSe2 vdW crystals by 2Dsemiconductors
Platinum diselenide (PtSe2) is a type-II Dirac semimetal belonging to transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDCs) family with the MX2 formula. While it is an established semimetal in the bulk form the band gap of its monolayer has been recently predicted to be a semiconductor (Nano Letters, 2015, 15, 4013).
We produce world's largest commercial PtSe2 crystals using our flux zone growth technique. Our crystals are guaranteed to outperform any other commercial source PtSe2 in electronics, optics, vibration, and transport. Purity is confirmed at 7N or higher which is also the best in the field.
