Description
a-RuCl3 is spin-orbit magnet also known as Kitaev materials with sophisticated properties that offer access to Kitaev physics. These crystals have been synthesized using chemical vapor transport technique at 99.9999% or above level to ensure the highest electronic response. Typical crystals measure ~0.7cm in size and are ready for advanced characterization and exfoliation purposes.
