Description
Ti4N3 is a two-dimensional transition metal carbide based member of the MXenes. These MXene sheets are formed starting from MAXene phases and our in-house processing technique to reduce the etching rate and eliminating secondary MAX phases. The product is 100% pure, perfectly layered, and high purity layered van der Waals MXene crystals. The entire process starts from the precursor Ti4AlN3 and ends with Ti4N3 after pulsed variable temperature NaF-HCl etching process. Each order contains 250mg of Ti4N3 vdW crystallites.
