Description
MnSbTe is a semimetallic material. These crystals have been synthesized using highest grade flux zone growth technique at 99.99999% or above level to ensure the highest electronic response. Typical crystals measure ~0.3-0.4cm in size and are ready for advanced characterization and exfoliation purposes.
