Description
PtTe₂ (Platinum Ditelluride) is a metallic transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDs) with exciting metallic, catalytic, and electronic properties. 1 cm2 size PtTe2 few-layers measure around 2-3 nm in thickness are grown directly on double side polished sapphire using PECVD technique using 6N or better purity precursors.
