REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
2Dsemiconductors strives to provide the best possible products, materials, and services to our customers. If a product can be shown not to meet the specifications, we will replace it with a product that does meet the specifications, or at our discretion, refund the cost of the material to the original purchaser. 2Dsemiconductors will not accept returns without prior authorization. We offer no returns for customized products: Examples include, custom designed crystals, special CVD products, and other monolayer products that have been produced solely for the customer. On these products and customized products, the burden of usability is on the specifier. Returned crystals will be shipped back to 2Dsemiconductors at the end users expense while the new material is offered as a replacement at 2Dsemiconductors expenses. 2Dsemiconductors does not offer extended life time warranty nor provides any information on the self life of any of the offered materials including crystals and thin films. We recommend our clients to unpack as received materials and store them under dark and inert glovebox conditions. 2Dsemiconductors refuse to offer refunds on materials ordered 3 months prior without any processing / safe storage conditions. 2Dsemiconductors Inc. may, at its discretion, enter into a contractual agreement with a purchaser for the purpose of guaranteeing that the specifications of a customized product are defined and satisfied. The terms of any such agreement will supersede this policy. 2Dsemiconductors Inc. encourages to discuss terms of refund and return policy directly with our customer representatives and staff. Our team will be accommodating in meeting your needs and exceeding your expectations. Any shipping charges for the replacement items are charged at the customers account.
