Considering the nature of the products, 2Dsemiconductors does not provide any general return policy. Monolayer samples are prepared on a per-order basis, and pricing reflects the labor and resources required to yield such samples. 2Dsemiconductors does not offer extended lifetime warranties and does not guarantee the shelf life of any offered materials, including crystals and thin films. We recommend that clients unpack received materials promptly and store them under dark, inert glovebox conditions.

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, 2Dsemiconductors disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 2Dsemiconductors does not warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 2Dsemiconductors makes no representations regarding the accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, or reliability of any material on this site.

Some states do not allow limitations on warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Returns and Approvals
Returns must be requested and approved by our staff in advance. We do not accept returns after 3 months from the date of delivery under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
At 2Dsemiconductors, we strive to provide the best materials available in the commercial market. 2Dsemiconductors shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if 2Dsemiconductors has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

All materials are provided in "as is" condition. Individual researchers are responsible for conducting their own tests at their own expense. 2Dsemiconductors Inc assumes no responsibility for mislabeling, material faults, or resulting damages. The company cannot be held liable for material, facility, labor, or related costs. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Typographical Errors
If a 2Dsemiconductors product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, 2Dsemiconductors reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your card has already been charged and the order is cancelled, a refund for the incorrect price will be issued.

Term and Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable upon your accessing the site or completing the registration or shopping process. 2Dsemiconductors may terminate these terms and conditions, or any part of them, at any time without notice. The provisions concerning Copyright, Trademarks, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive termination.

2Dsemiconductors may deliver notice to you by email, a general notice on the site, or another reliable method to the address you provide.

Miscellaneous
Use of this site is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You agree that jurisdiction and venue for any legal proceeding related to this site or product purchases shall lie in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Any claim relating to the site must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises. The failure of 2Dsemiconductors to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver of any right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall modify any terms. 2Dsemiconductors may assign its rights and obligations without notice.

Indemnification
