Description
Ti3CN is a two-dimensional transition metal based member of the MXenes wherein C and N are alloyed into the matrix. These MXene sheets are formed starting from MAXene phases and our in-house processing technique to reduce the etching rate and eliminating secondary MAX phases. The product is 100% pure, perfectly layered, and high purity layered van der Waals MXene crystals. The entire process starts from C, N, and Ti based precursors and ends with Ti3CN after pulsed variable temperature NaF-HCl etching process. Each order contains 250mg of Ti3CN vdW crystallites.
