Description
Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 or TBCCO 2212 is a high temperature superconductor with cuprate structure. It has Tc~100K superconducting temperature and also exhibits interesting superconducting phases at cryogenic temperatures. Our material is grown by molecular epitaxy (MBE) onto epitaxial surface (Lanthanium aluminum oxide LAO) surface. Typical thickness measures 100nm to create stable superconducting phase.
