Description
High quality monolayer MoWSe2 solution is prepared using synthetic MoWSe2 single crystals with 99.995 percent purity, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. This solution is the result of a month-long multistep processing protocol. Compared to solutions derived from WSe2 vdW nanopowders, it shows significantly enhanced photoluminescence signal and superior reliability in both PL and Raman measurements. The Raman spectrum exhibits sharp peaks with a full width at half maximum around 5 to 6 cm⁻¹, indicating well-defined monolayer features. The solution is environmentally stable and can be suspended in your solvent of choice, including ethanol, methanol, or benzene. The concentration of the monolayer MoWSe2 solution is fixed at 92 milligrams per liter.
