High quality monolayer MoWS2 solution is prepared using synthetic MoWS2 single crystals with 99.995 percent purity, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. This solution is the result of a month-long multistep processing protocol. Compared to solutions derived from WS2 vdW nanopowders, it shows significantly enhanced photoluminescence signal and superior reliability in both PL and Raman measurements. The Raman spectrum exhibits sharp peaks with a full width at half maximum around 5 to 6 cm⁻¹, indicating well-defined monolayer features. The solution is environmentally stable and can be suspended in your solvent of choice, including ethanol, methanol, or benzene. Designer concentration [Standard:1mg/mL] 8mL or larger quantities.
