Description
Na2Zn2TeO6 is a layered oxide with exciting 2D semiconducting and catalytic properties. It is the newest addition to the 2D semiconductor oxide family. Their 2D properties largely unknown due to difficulties in sample properties. Our Na2Zn2TeO6 crystals have been synthesized using modified Bridgman technique at 99.9999% or above purities level to ensure the highest electronic, optical, and catalytic response. Typical crystals measure ~0.7cm in size and are ready for advanced characterization and exfoliation purposes.
