Description
World's largest size kish graphite samples by 2Dsemiconductors.
Our Kish graphite is electronic and optical grade which is grown by iron foil cooling process by passing semiconductor grade methane and ethane mixture to solve carbon into thick iron foils and cool off carefully to yield high quality kish graphite pieces see images. These crystals range from 3mm to maximum 15 mm in size and exhibit high purity (99.999% or higher) and crystallinity (perfect vdW structure and easy easy to exfoliate compared to HOPG).
