Description
Tin sulfooxide is a ternary alloy belonging to M2X3 family of materials. Our crystals has the chemical formula of Sb2S3xO3(1-x) where x composition ratio has been fixed to x=2/3. However, if your research requires other ternary composition, please contact us to synthesize a new batch for your team. Sb2S2O ternary alloys are visible spectrum semiconductors with predicted band gap of 1.25 eV. These alloys provide transition across Sb2S3 and Sb2O3 compounds corresponding to x=1 and x=0.
