Description
Sb2Te2Se is a layered topological material closely related to the tetradymite family of compounds. It exhibits tunable electronic properties, including topological insulating behavior and high carrier mobility. Our crystals are grown using the Bridgman technique to ensure large, high-quality single crystals suitable for exfoliation and device fabrication.
