Description
SnSb2Te4 is a topological insulator material from layered material family. Our van der Waals (vdW) SnSb2Te4 single crystals have been synthesized using our modified Bridgman technique after 2 years of dedicated synthesis. The crystals exhibit 6N (99.9999%) or higher purity excellent electronic characteristics and they come at large sizes that are ready for measurements or exfoliation.
