Description
World's first commercially available SnTaS2 topological superconductor vdW crystals
SnTaS2 is a layered crystal with proven topological nodal-line states and drum head like surface states in their centrosymmetric superconductor SnTaS2 phase. SnTaS2 is a type-II topological superconductor with a critical transition temperature of about 3 K.
SnTaS2 crystal growth require rather careful synthesis conditions and our novelty relies on our ability to synthesize SnTaS2 without any defects to access topological nodes and topological superconducting properties. It is perfectly crystallized for you to probe the quantum effects without any ambiguity. Because of the difficulty of the crystal growth each crystal only measure few mm in size and the requires very labor intensive process (increasing the product cost)
