Description
World's first commercially available Tantalum arsenide (TaAs) crystals. TaAs is the first experimentally identified topological Weyl semimetal. It crystallizes in a body-centered tetragonal cell with lattice parameters a = 3.44 Å and c = 11.65 Å. It belongs to the space group I41md.
Our TaAs crystals are grown through modified flux growth technique to achieve highest electronic grade TaAs using 6N purity precursors.
