Description
TaMoSe2 ternary alloy transition metal dichachalcogenide crystals have been stabilized and synthesized in 2H phase. Typical alloying ratio is set at 50:50% Ta0.5Mo0.5Se2. These crystals were synthesized through chemical vapor transport (CVT) technique and their composition value was determined using XPS, SAED, and EDS measurements. These crystals come 100% no phase separation guarantee and thus Ta is fully alloyed into MoSe2 host matrix. While MoSSe, MoWSe2, and other TMDCs alloys have been characterized in the literature TaMoSe2 alloys remain largely unexplored.
