Our Ti₃AlC₂ solution is created using pulsed ultrasonic treatment on high-quality Ti₃AlC₂ crystals synthesized via a microwave reactor and acid treatment process. This method ensures exceptional crystal quality and dispersion in solution. Key characteristics are validated through:
- Energy-Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX)
- Raman Spectroscopy with sharp peaks (FWHM < 5 cm⁻¹)
- Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM)
The lateral dimensions of Ti₃AlC₂ flakes deposited onto various substrates range from ~10 nm to ~5 µm, with thicknesses spanning from single-layer to multilayer configurations.
Volume, Concentration, and Solvent Information:
For international shipping, we provide supersaturated 2D solutions (~100–300 mg/L, depending on the material) that can be diluted to create larger volumes (250–500 mL). Ethanol is the preferred solvent due to its environmental stability, thermal stability, and non-contaminating properties, but alternative solvents can be accommodated upon request.
