Description
Each package contains 0.5 grams of high-purity TiTe2 van der Waals (vdW) powder. TiTe2 is a layered transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD) that crystallizes in the 1T-CdI₂ structure and exhibits semimetallic behavior with charge density wave (CDW) properties. Owing to its weak interlayer bonding, TiTe2 serves as an important precursor material for research in low-dimensional quantum materials, electronic devices, superconductivity, and surface science.
