Description
The only commercially available flux zone grown VTe2 vdW crystals with good environmental stability and 6N or better purity.
VTe2 belongs to a member of group 5B TMDCs wherein vanadium atoms are sandwiched between tellurium atoms. VTe2 shows exceptional magnetic characteristics at the 2D limit and charge density response. Earlier studies on VTe2 has shown that this unique material exhibits the structural phase transition at ~480 K from the 1T phase to the low-temperature 1T′ phase and eventually to the low temperature CDW phase. The room temperature phase also known to depend on the number of layers used.
