Description
Our MnPSe₃ crystals are the only commercially available magnetic-grade vdW crystals, produced using a high-quality self-flux technique to minimize defects and magnetic impurities. This ensures the reliable observation of exotic 2D magnetic behavior. Each order contains multiple milimeter sizedcrystals
Key Features:
- Exceptional Purity: 99.999% purity with high crystallinity, synthesized without chemical transport agents.
- Magnetic Properties: 2D Heisenberg-type antiferromagnet with a Néel temperature of 77K, transitioning to a ferromagnetic state at low temperatures.
- Crystal Quality: Flakes are perfectly oriented along the c-axis (0001) and measure a few millimeters in size.
- Versatile Applications: Used in magnetism research, photocatalysis, and electrocatalysis.
- Handled with Care: Processed in a non-magnetic environment with non-magnetic tools to preserve intrinsic magnetic properties.
