Description
NbSe3 is a a charge density wave material (CDW) with CDW ordering around 145K. Our van der Waals (vdW) NbSe3 crystals have perfect layered structure that are ideal for exfoliation towards electronics, optics, device fabrication, and other science and engineering development purposes. These crystals have been synthesized using chemical vapor deposition. The crystals come with 100% guaranteed CDW response.
