Description
5-Pack CVD Diamond on Silicon
Our 5-pack CVD Diamond on Silicon (10x10mm size) product provides one of the most affordable entry points into diamond-based quantum materials research. Each package contains five 1cm2 thin-film CVD diamond samples deposited on undoped silicon substrates, making them ideal for exploratory studies, educational laboratories, device prototyping, and quantum sensing research.
Diamond is a technologically important quantum material that has attracted tremendous interest for applications in quantum information science, sensing, photonics, electronics, and biotechnology. In particular, nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers are among the most extensively studied quantum defects due to their exceptional optical and spin properties, which can be detected and manipulated even at the single-defect level.
Our diamond films are synthesized using chemical vapor deposition (CVD) with process conditions optimized to promote nitrogen incorporation and enhance NV center formation. The resulting films provide an accessible platform for photoluminescence studies, quantum sensing experiments, spin-based measurements, and diamond materials research.
Each sample consists of a thin-film CVD diamond layer grown directly on an undoped silicon substrate and is supplied ready for characterization and device development.
