Description
NbS3 is a layered quasi-1D or 2D anisotropic materials with exotic quantum properties. The crystal structure of NbS3 is particularly interesting owing to its tilted 1D like structure. Our crystals have been synthesized using high purity precursors to attain 6N pure vdW crystals with perfect exfoliation characteristics. Crystals appear in needle like shape and reach centimeter sizes. NbS3 crystals are easy to exfoliate using conventional tape exfoliation technique onto desired substrates.
