Description
RuOCl2 Single Crystals | Magnetic Grade | 6N Purity
RuOCl2 (Ruthenium Oxychloride) is a layered two-dimensional (2D) material with strongly anisotropic electronic and magnetic properties. Theoretical studies predict antiferromagnetic ordering, spin-1 behavior, and highly directional electronic transport, making RuOCl2 a promising platform for low-dimensional magnetism, spintronics, and magneto-optical research.
Our high-quality, single-crystalline RuOCl2 is designed for mechanical exfoliation and advanced electronic, optical, and magnetic investigations. Its layered crystal structure supports the exploration of ultrathin flakes and reduced-dimensionality phenomena.
These crystals are classified as magnetic grade, with no intentionally introduced magnetic impurities such as Fe, Co, or Ni, helping researchers investigate intrinsic magnetic behavior. With a specified 6N (99.9999%) purity, our RuOCl2 crystals are intended for high-performance electronic, optoelectronic, and spintronic research applications.
