Description
This product contains SnS sheets in a solution type chosen by our clients. The process begins with high-quality Bridgman-grown SnS crystals with a purity of 99.9995%. These crystals have been dispersed into a solution (using an electronic-grade chemical with 99.9999% purity) through a modified ultrasonic treatment.
Solution Type: By default, 2Dsemiconductors USA provides SnS22 sheets suspended in isopropanol, which ensures good dispersion, stability, and high performance. If your research requires a different solvent, please contact us for more details and to schedule product delivery.
Solution Concentration: To reduce shipping costs and facilitate easy customs clearance, we ship supersaturated 2D solutions at the Designer concentration (standard: 1 mg/mL) in 8 mL or larger quantities. If you require a different solvent, feel free to contact us or leave a note during the checkout process regarding your desired solution type.
