Description
The first WNbTe2 ternary alloy. produced to enable novel strongly correlated effects and properties. These crystals have been developed in our facilities and they have approximately 0.7:0.3 W:Nb stoichiometric ratio. They are produced using flux zone growth technique to ensure high crystallinity and quality. These crystals come with guaranteed alloying and has no phase separation (such as NbTe2 and WTe2). These crystals have been produced for the first time in the world. While their parent crystals (WTe2 and NbTe2) have displayed rather exciting quantum properties (such as Wely fermions, Fermionic responses, and semimetallic behavior etc.) and their physical properties from bulk to monolayer remains largely unknown.
