Description
TaNi2Te3 is a layered vdW metallic crystal with non-trivial topological properties recently predicted in the literature. Our TaNi2Te3 crystals have been synthesized through two-step chemical vapor transport followed by self-fluz zone technique to realize single crystal TaNi2Te3 material. The material has rated 6N (99.9999%) purity determined by the secondary ion mass spectroscopy technique. The material is single phase no NiTe2, TaTe2, and TaTe3 phases are present. The crystals are quantum grade ideal for electronic measurements
