Description
This product contains TiS3 sheets dispersed in a solution type selected by our clients. The process starts from high-quality flux grown TiS3 crystals (see datasets for precursor TiS3 below) with 99.9995% purity. These crystals are then dispersed into solution using electronic-grade chemicals with 99.9999% purity through a modified ultrasonic treatment.
Solution type: By default, 2Dsemiconductors USA provides TiS3 sheets suspended in isopropanol due to its good dispersion quality, solution stability, and high performance. However, if your research requires a different solvent, please contact us for more details and product delivery scheduling.
Solution concentration: To reduce shipping costs and simplify customs agreement and border check-in processes, we ship supersaturated 2D solutions at designer concentration. Standard concentration is 1 mg/mL, with 8 mL or larger quantities available. If your research requires a different solvent, please contact us or leave a note during the checkout process indicating your desired solution type.
