Description
This product contains TiTe2 sheets in solution type selected by our clients. Process starts from high quality CVT grown TiTe2 crystals at 99.9995% purity and they have been dispersed into solution (electronic grade chemical at 99.9999% purity) by modified ultrasonic treatment.
Solution type: By default 2Dsemiconductors USA will provide TiTe2 sheets suspended in isopropanol owing to good dispersion, stability, and high performance. However, if your research requires other solvents, please contact us for more details and schedule for the product delivery.
Solution concentration: To reduce shipping costs, easy customs agreement / border check-in processes, we ship supersaturated 2D solutions Designer concentration [Standard:1mg/mL] 8mL or larger quantities. If your research needs other solvents, either contact us or drop a note during the check out process regarding your desired solution type.
